Do you have a store that I can come and visit?
At this stage, I run an online business only.
How long will it take to receive my candle order?
For Personalised Candles, please allow 3 days from receipt of payment for your candle to be finished, plus delivery time. I cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times, but use the following as a general guide:
Express Post (Australia wide): 1 - 3 days* (outside WA, usually 2-3 days)
Parcel Post (WA): 2 - 7 days
Parcel Post (rest of Australia): 3 - 12 days
* For EXPRESS web sales - if you are buying a general candle and select "express post" in the checkout, please be aware that I will make every effort to get your candle in the mail as quickly as possible, but I cannot always guarantee same day despatch. If you need your candle by a certain date, please let me know at the time of purchase and I can let you know your options for postage to make sure you receive it in time.
How do you send your candles?
I use Australia Post for all orders.
Every effort is made to charge you the most economical and accurate postage charge. Depending on where you live and the weight/size of your order, the postage will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
I take every care to make sure that you receive your personalised candle in the exact condition as I sent it. Your personalised candle is wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and then in a heavy mailing tube or box. However, I can accept no responsibility for any poor handling by Australia Post which may cause any damage to your personalised candle while in transit.
Can I come and collect my candle order instead?
If you are in Perth, contact me and we might be able to find a time for you to come and collect your order. I am located in Dianella, WA.
